Positive2Work Skillnet is delighted to be able to announce our partnership with the Living Institute in the roll out of Unconscious Bias & Inclusive Leadership training for our member companies.
The aim of the training is to raise knowledge and awareness of unconscious bias as a barrier to inclusive leadership and Diversity & Inclusion.
Participants will look at:
- Identifying first steps towards promoting an inclusive culture.
- What is Inclusive Leadership?
- The business case for D&I and inclusive leadership
Training will also look at how unconscious biases affect inclusive leadership in: Our everyday decision-making; Our recruitment & promotion processes and our meeting & organisational culture
The programme further explores how we can mitigate unconscious biases to promote inclusive leadership and D&I and how we can promote an inclusive culture.
