Our thanks to our member companies and our Management Steering Group for all their contributions to the recent Positive 2 Work Strategy Planning Workshops. Facilitated by Nicola Colleran in Lema, the sessions were designed to ‘prime the thinking’ of participants and accelerate getting to key issues and opportunities to leverage the new three year funding model provided by Skillnet Ireland.
Member companies and Management Steering Group members completed surveys in advance of the workshops to provide input into the Strategy Planning Process. Based on model proven in 100+ companies globally, the workshops were highly collaborative and have resulted a One Page Strategic Plan with clearly defined goals and a clear understanding of the capabilities required to achieve the goals and measures of success. A quarter by quarter view execution of the plan has also been produced.
